Cougar Canyon Cottage - 600 sq feet of private charm not far from I-5

🏡GENERAL HOUSE RULES 🏡 Basically, please make yourself at home like it was YOUR home. 🚭 Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING anything inside or near the cottage – thank you! $250 fee for smoking or vaping Zero tolerance drug policy – thank you! 🚬 No cigarette butts will be left anywhere on the property, including in the trash inside the cottage. Please take them with you. 👮 No illegal activities 🕯️ No burning of candles, unless they are battery operated candles Please do not place anything on the fireplace mantle - especially drinks, flowers, lotions, oils, candles, etc. The mantle is porous stone and will absorb any moisture and create stains ❤️ GUESTS You are responsible for the behavior of any guests that travel with you or visit you in the cottage. Please declare all guests who intend to stay the night. You may not have additional people stay the night that we don't know about - thank you! 🐾 PETS Although we are pet friendly, we do have some rules about pets. Your pet needs to be declared at the time of booking or before your arrival. Please do not book first, then declare your pet. This could result in cancellation fees to you if your pet is not approved. Animals must not be allowed to roam freely on the property. 🅿️ PARKING If you will have two cars, our neighbor has requested that the second car's rear bumper not go beyond the tree line, which, although there is a "public" curb, encroaches on our neighbor's access to his driveway... We want to keep on friendly terms... 🧹 CLEANLINESS While we do provide for a housecleaner between each stay, we expect that: You’ll love and respect our space as much as we do Trash will be placed into trash receptacles Please wash your dishes. You may also use paper plates, bowls, etc. 🫟 An additional cleaning fee billed at an hourly rate of $85 will be assessed to guests who leave an excessive mess. 💵 DAMAGES: You are responsible for the actual costs of any damage or repairs, whether caused by you, your pet, or someone you've invited over Thank you!!
